本品为单组份室温湿气固化聚氨酯高强度结构粘合密封胶。呈膏状、无毒、无味、无溶剂、无腐蚀、不污染环境，固化后的胶层为橡胶状，有良好的弹性，在-50℃～-100℃下保持其性能长期不变；具有优良的气密性、耐水性、耐油性、耐候性、耐老化、耐振动疲劳、耐低温、耐盐雾、不霉变、室温固化等特点，能够嵌填垂直接缝和顶缝。广泛适用于金属、船舶、航空、航天、制冷设备、建筑幕墙、建筑门窗、市政工程、隧道工程、高速公路、机场跑道、通风管道、空调器、石油化工、化工管道仪器、仪表机械、汽车、火车及集装的密封中，具有固化速度快、施工方便、与玻璃、金属、油漆等多种基材粘接相容性好，粘接强度高等特性，是粘结密封的理想材料。

1. 用沾有****、乙醇等有机溶剂的棉纱清除施胶部位的锈蚀物、灰尘、水分、油污等
2. 铝管包装:将喷嘴切成适宜的斜面，除去铝管后面的金属铂盖，将管口充分刺开，用手动或气动胶枪将胶料挤入施工部位，在表干时间内迅速粘接。
3. 铝膜包装:将胶嘴切成适宜的斜面,剪开铝膜端封口放入胶枪内,将胶嘴卡住铝膜的剪口,拧上胶枪封盖,用手动或汽动胶枪将胶料挤入施工部位,在表干时间内迅速粘接.
4.用竹片或刮片将胶料抹平，对个别部位进行修整。 
5. 待干燥后方能触摸，并要防止脏物沾污。 
6. 在温度5℃~40℃，湿度65%~75%RH下施工最佳。
7. 低温使用时密封胶粘度变大，挤出稍困难是正常情况，可预先适度加热，便恢复起原有挤出性。请选用聚氨酯密封胶专用枪。
8. 为保持接缝两侧洁净而使用保护胶带时，应在密封胶固化前撕去保护胶带。

1.Use cotton yarn with acetone ethanol and other organic solvent to clean away rust dust water oil etc.

2.Cloose matched cleaning agent or bottom painting agent of our company if necessary.

3.Cut muzzle into appopriate slope, remove metal platinum cover at the end of aluminum tube and stab tube open part enough for use.Wedge in sealant into application places with hand or pneumatic gun and conglutinate rapidly with in the surface drying time.

4.Touch after drying and prevent stained with dust.

5.Best used in 5℃-40℃ and humidty 65%-75%RH.

6.The viscosity will become bigger when used under low temperature;it will be a little difficult to squeeae out.In this case, it can be heated suitably to regain its nature and used easily.Please use polyurethane sealant special gun.

7.Tear off the tape before sealant solidifying. when use tape for keeping clean two sides of joints

8.Clean with alcohol quickly .If contact with non-workable surface or skin.

运 输：在运输过程中，应轻搬轻放，不可将包装破坏，以免影响使用。

Delivery:piease carry and put the products light in the process of delivery,don't damage the package so as not to affect the use.

储 存：最宜在25℃以下干燥库房内储存，延期储存时，温度不应超过30℃。

Storage:It's the best to store the product in dry warehouse below 25℃,the tempurature shuould not be higher than 30℃for longer storage.

保 质 期：25℃以下九个月，过期经检验合格后仍可使用。

Shelf life:9 months below 25℃,enen if over the shelf life,it still can be used after being checked and qualified.
